About

It’s about being you, only better!

Fast forward to today, and I’ve now coached many men and women on health and whole living.

Roya has been a leading nutrition educator in Iran for over 15 years. She worked for many years as a clinical dietitian at a few clinics in Iran and then after migration to Canada, she decided to follow her dream and experience. She planned to prepare the health food that she recommends to her clients. Now when she offers one-on-one nutrition counselling, she provides the proper food to them too.
Roya always strives to find the root of her client’s health imbalances and shows them step-by-step how to maximize their body’s natural healing potential through food and nutrition. Roya has extensive experience in developing individualized nutrition plans for various health requirements, weight management, body composition changes, health conditions such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure and blood sugars, sports performance, digestive health, inflammatory conditions (i.e. arthritis, PCOS), pre-natal/fertility nutrition, and vegan/vegetarian lifestyles. Her services are ideal for people, who have a history of poor dietary/lifestyle habits, those looking to improve or prevent a chronic health condition or to identify foods that trigger their symptoms.

Roya cares about the satisfaction of her clients in achieving their health goals and coaches them every step of the way as they bloom into the best version of themselves. She offers nutrition coaching in-person, over the phone and online through a secure platform. She always focuses on getting the right nutrition and healthy eating to live our best lives. She believes eating a nutritious and balanced diet is one of the best ways to protect and promote good health..

Roya as a dietitian nutritionist has knowledge of food, nutrition, and dietetics through an accredited university and she knows well about the relationship between diet, health, and disease.

Research suggests that keeping a simple, manageable plan for weight management that you can sustain over the long term is most likely to work.

Healthy eating is more than the foods you eat. It is also about where, when, why and how you eat. Make it a habit to eat a variety of healthy foods each day. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, whole grain foods and protein foods. Choose protein foods that come from plants more often.
